Agny is a 100% digital service. There are no physical goods and nothing is shipped by post or courier. All products are delivered electronically to your Agny account.

1. What you receive

Agny provides digital test-prep products only: online mock tests, worked solutions, performance analytics, and the CAT 2026 Pattern Report. Everything is accessed through your account at agny.app.

2. Delivery method & timing

Access is delivered instantly and electronically. The moment your payment is confirmed, the purchased product (for example, the Season Pass) is unlocked in your account — no waiting and no shipment. You can begin immediately at agny.app/webapp.

3. Delivery confirmation

On successful payment your access is unlocked in-app and a confirmation email is sent to your registered address. If access is not unlocked within a few minutes, email [email protected] and we'll resolve it quickly.

4. No shipping charges

Because all delivery is digital, there are no shipping, handling, or delivery fees. The price you see is the price you pay.

5. Validity

The Season Pass remains accessible through 31 December 2026, including any new mocks released during that period (next release: September 2026). See our Terms and Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
